JTM offers four different special education programs that serve all grade levels. These are:
Resource - Mr. Arnold, Mr. Merrell, Ms. Hittle, Ms. Benefield
Enhanced Resource - Ms. Shelley-Goode, Ms. Prescott-Hood
MIP Fragile - Ms. Stacey
Life Skills - Ms. Ehlts, Mr. Boehm
Over 100 students from all over Davidson County work with the twenty staff members who serve our special needs population. There is a Special Ed Parent Advisory Group that meets monthly to discuss specific program needs. JTM's Principal serves on the Mayor's Special Education Advisory Council.
